We had such a wonderful experience with Dan at T Dot Auto Sales. From the moment I contacted him to arrange an appointment, he was kind, accommodating, and so easy to work with.
I specifically asked that no scents or fragrances be used in our vehicle, as our family is very sensitive to scents. Dan completely understood and respected our request, which we really appreciated. When we picked up our Toyota RAV4, it was exactly what we had hoped for — beautifully clean and absolutely scent-free! There was no fragrance or smell in the car at all when we drove away, and that was perfect for us.
Our RAV4 had some really stubborn stains on the seats and was in need of a thorough interior cleaning. Dan did an incredible job. The seats looked fresh and clean, and the entire interior looked almost brand new again!
Dan was also very accommodating with our schedule and was able to fit our vehicle in on the day we were hoping for. He kept us updated and texted me when the car was ready for pickup.
What I appreciated most was the personal customer service. Dan took the time to make sure everything was finished properly and that we were happy before moving on to his next customer. There was absolutely no feeling of being rushed.
It is so nice to experience this kind of genuine, local, hometown service — thoughtful, respectful, professional, and personal.
Thank you, Dan, for taking such great care of our vehicle and for going the extra mile. We will definitely be back with our other vehicles and would highly recommend T Dot Auto Sales to our friends and family!
